We have developed numerous single-family villas. Each house is unique in terms of design, always starting from the idea of capturing the views from inside the house, so that we can enjoy the outdoor spaces. We want the owner to enjoy the environment where the house is located, generating spatial continuity between the interior and exterior of the house, as well as introducing large and bright spaces. The initial concept of our designs is based on: pure and recognizable architectural pieces, clean shapes, diaphanous and open spaces, as well as functionality. We always seek to frame and capture the exterior, opening the houses towards the sea and the mountains to enjoy the sun and the unique climate of the islands.
COYA HOTEL We have developed several hotel projects at Leonardo Omar Arquitectos. The latest project, currently under construction, is COYA: "5 Star Hotel Establishment, located in Adeje, Tenerife". The whole complex is connected by ramps and pedestrian walkways that cross landscaped areas.
